I don’t care what’s “manly” or “masculine.” doesn’t matter what you were taught or what society says: boys, please talk to each other. talk to your friends. talk to your family. talk to the people you love. talk about your day, what’s got you troubled, someone you’re interested in, why you’re hurt. feel free to be open and emotional. it’s not weak, it’s not stupid, it’s not burdensome. it’s human and it’s necessary. sometimes you trip and need help. we’ve got to pick each other up.
